Build confidence in the kitchen with this hands-on Knife Skills class led by Chef Zuber. Designed for home cooks who want to improve technique, safety, and efficiency, this class will cover the fundamentals every kitchen should know.
Chef Zuber will walk participants through:
How to properly sharpen a knife and keep it sharp
Which knives to use for different foods
Essential knives every kitchen should have
Safe and effective cutting techniques
How to debone and break down different cuts
Each participant will receive a cutting board and food to practice with during class. Participants are responsible for bringing their own knives (a personal knife or knife set is required for participation).
This is an adults-only class and spots are limited to ensure hands-on instruction.
