Terms & Conditions

By registering for a class, workshop, or event at DOMAS Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

  • Some classes have limited availability and may require advance preparation; registration may close once a class is full.

Class Credit & Cancellations

  • DOMAS Studio does not offer cash refunds.

  • If you cancel or do not attend a registered class, you will receive class credit.

  • Class credit never expires and may be applied toward any future DOMAS Studio class or workshop.

  • Credits are transferable upon request.

Attendance & Participation

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and engage respectfully with instructors and fellow attendees.

  • DOMAS Studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the class environment. No refund or credit will be issued in this circumstance.

Age Requirements

  • Some classes have age requirements (including 21+ events). By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirements listed for the class.

Health & Safety

  • Participation in art, movement, or wellness-based classes is voluntary. By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during class.

  • Please inform the instructor of any injuries, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your participation.

Weather & Instructor Changes

  • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, DOMAS Studio may cancel or reschedule a class. In these cases, class credit will be issued.

  • DOMAS Studio reserves the right to substitute instructors or modify class content when necessary while maintaining the integrity of the experience.

Photography & Media

  • DOMAS Studio may photograph or record classes for promotional and marketing purposes.

  • By attending, you grant permission for your image or artwork to be used unless you notify us in writing prior to the class.

Liability Waiver

  • DOMAS Studio, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during classes or events.

Intellectual Property

  • All class materials, instructions, and content provided by DOMAS Studio are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
