House Relief: Clay Slab Carve-Out
Create a meaningful clay piece inspired by the place you call home. In this hands-on workshop, students will design and carve a house relief using clay slab techniques, layering texture, line, and detail to create a sculptural wall piece or decorative display for your home.
 
We’ll begin with guided inspiration and design support, then move into carving and refining your slab to reflect the character and feeling of a house—whether that’s your own home, a past home, or an imagined space. This class is approachable for beginners while still offering depth and creative freedom for experienced makers.
All materials are provided. Finished pieces will be fired and ready for pickup at a later date.
