Begin the new year with mindfulness and creativity through Art as Meditation, a grounding session designed to help you reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system through art.
In this class, we’ll explore how vestibular input and bilateral movement can quiet the mind and bring balance to the body while creating an expressive art piece. Guided through a blend of motion, rhythm, and mark-making, participants will experience how creative flow can serve as a form of meditative practice and emotional reset.
It’s the perfect way to wind down a Saturday and take part in our Wellness Saturday series kicking off 2026.
