Restorative Flow: A Hybrid Yoga

This hybrid yoga class is designed to help you relax, restore, and reconnect with your body. The session begins with gentle seated stretches led by Megan, easing tension and preparing the body for movement. Robin will then guide you through a series of poses — seated, standing, and lying — with supportive use of the wall or chair for balance and comfort.

Class concludes with grounding stretches and a calming meditation, helping you leave feeling centered and refreshed.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel. Optional props include a yoga block and strap or resistance band for additional support.
